Quietly consider or journal on these thoughts.....

  • How often have you thought you needed something else in order to be "complete," "better" or "more" then you already are.
  • How often do you feel you are not enough- as is?
  • How does that reflect on what you think of yourself and how you treat yourself?
  • What do you think it tells others to feel about you?
  • What is the difference- to you- between ambition/ passion and self depreciation?


Answer the questions below and begin to consider what this mantra really means to you.

  • What does it mean to you to feel "light?"
  • Or "bright?"
  • If you describe someone as "bright" what are you saying about them?
  • What are others words like these?
  • What do these new words stir up in you?
  • How often do these feelings jump into your body?


TASK:

Words are powerful to us humans. So let's USE THEM!

This month, see if you can use as many of the "light, bright" words, expressions and connotations that you identified above, as possible on a daily basis.
